What You'll Be Doing
There's no strict job title here — everyone does everything. That means:
Stuffing our cloud-soft pitas with love (yes, that's a real part of the job and yes, it's as good as it sounds)
Welcoming guests and making them feel at home from the first second
Preparing and assembling our menu with care and consistency
Keeping the space clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Being the face (and energy) of Pita Pocket every single shift
Contributing to how we show up online — if you've got social media instincts, we want you!
Who We're Looking For
Passionate about food and hospitality — experience is a bonus, attitude is everything
A team player who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
Reliable, energetic, and genuinely friendly
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to think on their feet
German at B1 level or above — our guests are Cologne locals, after all
Bonus points if you have a feel for social media content — we're building something worth sharing
